Rescheduling

• Requests for rescheduling must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Failing to provide this notice will incur a $15 rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduled sessions must take place within 5 days of the initially scheduled date. It is your responsibility to select a new date. All rescheduling requests should be communicated through text messages (718-427-6551) or phone calls. Please include a tentative date and time in your rescheduling texts and voicemails.

• Please be mindful that if your child is 15 minutes late for their session, we will need to reschedule a new appointment and a $15 rescheduling fee will be applicable.

Cancellation

• In case of no-show, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. 

  • A no-show includes, but is not limited to:

• Failing to attend your appointment at the scheduled time.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without communicating with the tutor. 

• If the tutor needs to cancel and reschedule a session within 24 hours of your appointment for any reason other than Covid-19, you will be allowed to reschedule without incurring a fee. 

• To avoid a rescheduling fee, we recommend reaching out to your tutor if you anticipate being late for your session. Your cooperation is appreciated.
